Vote Ximo Huertas for Vet of the Year 2021!

The Petplan Veterinary Awards recognise the fantastic work that goes on in veterinary practices across the UK. Petplan has been sponsoring these highly acclaimed awards for many years, and we are delighted to announce that one of our Veterinary Surgeons, Ximo Huertas, from our Rotherham surgery has been nominated for Veterinary Surgeon of the Year 2021. Ximo graduated from the University of Murcia, Spain in 2006. He worked for over eight years in Equine practice in Spain, then moved to the UK in 2017, where he started his small animal career.Since joining The Pet Vet, Ximo has become an integral part of the team. He’s highly knowledgeable, passionate about his work and is loved by his patients and their owners.  Nothing is too much trouble.Ximo lives in Doncaster with his partner Maria and they are due to have their first baby in March. In his spare time, Ximo likes to run, travel and has a very keen interest in horses.We are very proud of him and would encourage all our clients to vote vote vote!!!!
