Exciting updates as The Vet Morden adopts The Pet Vet branding!

Exciting changes at The Vet Morden

What was previously The Vet Morden is enjoying a new look as they officially adopt the branding of The Pet Vet! Our Morden surgery is the fourth The Vet surgery to receive this update, enabling us to achieve a consistent, nationwide presence across our independent, family-owned group of 12 surgeries.

Introducing our new deskless reception

As part of the recent changes, The Pet Vet Morden has also adopted a deskless reception. Anett Palko, Customer Experience Manager, says: “There have been so many benefits to introducing our deskless reception. Upon arrival, our pets and customers are warmly greeted by a member of our Customer Experience team. Once guided to a seat in our designated dog and cat seating areas and offered refreshments (for humans and pets alike), a member of our team will sit with the customer and complete their check-in process on a tablet. This also gives the opportunity for customers to ask any questions they might have, and provides our team with the opportunity to talk through any additional services or products that may be of benefit. This includes our Pet Health Plans, which can help customers to save up to 65% off the cost of their pet’s preventive healthcare.  

“Once our customers and pets have seen the Vet or Nurse, they’re guided back into our waiting area where a Customer Experience colleague will complete their check out process. Our team love being able to give our customers this dedicated time spent one to one. It’s all part of the truly personalised service we’re proud to offer at The Pet Vet.”
