Now Offering Acupuncture!

We're delighted to now be offering acupuncture as a complementary therapy, administered by Dr Julie Condrea MRCVS at The Pet Vet Doncaster!

Julie says: “I’m delighted to have recently achieved my goal of becoming an ABVA registered veterinary acupuncturist. I’m now able to offer this treatment to all pets across The Pet Vet group and I’m also accepting referrals from external practices. 

Pet acupuncture can be used to support the following conditions as part of a holistic care plan:

• Arthritis and degenerative joint disease
• Intervertebral disc disease and nerve pain
• Surgery
• Cancer side effects
• Hormonal or metabolic conditions
• Trauma
• Skin conditions

Most conditions can benefit from 3-5 treatments delivered at weekly intervals, with progressively wider intervals between treatments as soon as a significant improvement is noted.”
